Terms of Service

1. Purpose

This website is a private service created exclusively for invited guests of Jillian and Daniel's wedding. Access is limited to individuals who have received an invitation.

2. Eligibility

By creating an account, you confirm that you are an invited guest. The couple reserves the right to remove accounts that do not meet this requirement.

3. Connect SMS Consent

By registering with a phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages related to the Connect feature — specifically, connection request notifications and contact details shared upon mutual acceptance. Message frequency depends on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.

4. Wedding Update Notification Consent

Separately from Connect, you may choose — at registration or anytime afterward from your account settings — to opt in to wedding update notifications (RSVP reminders, schedule and logistics updates) by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any combination. Each channel requires its own explicit opt-in and can be turned off independently at any time from your account settings.

For SMS and WhatsApp: message frequency varies with the event timeline, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to any message to opt out or HELP for help. For email: every message includes an unsubscribe link. These messages are sent via Klaviyo.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this site respectfully. The Connect feature is intended to help guests coordinate logistics and meet one another before the event. Misuse of other guests' contact information is not permitted.

6. Limitation of Liability

This site is provided as-is for personal use surrounding a private event. We are not liable for any issues arising from use of the service.
