When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. We also collect your RSVP details (attendance, meal preference, guest count) and any connection requests you send or receive through the site.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to operate this wedding website:

• Your full name is shown to other guests on the Connect page, so they can find and connect with the right person.
• Your phone number is used to send SMS notifications when another guest requests to connect with you, and to share your contact information with guests you choose to connect with.
• Your RSVP details are used to plan the event.

3. Connect SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number at registration, you consent to receive SMS messages from this service related to the Connect feature. These messages include connection request notifications and contact information shared upon mutual acceptance. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

4. Wedding Update Notifications (Email, SMS, WhatsApp)

Separately from Connect, you may opt in — at registration or anytime afterward from your account settings — to receive wedding update notifications (RSVP reminders, schedule and logistics updates) by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any combination of the three. Each channel is its own independent, opt-in choice; opting into one does not opt you into another.

• Email: you can unsubscribe at any time from your account settings or via the unsubscribe link in any email.
• SMS and WhatsApp: message frequency varies with the event timeline. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help on either channel, or unsubscribe from your account settings at any time.

These notifications are sent through Klaviyo, our messaging platform — see the section below on how your information is shared with the vendors who deliver these messages on our behalf.

5. Sharing Your Information

Your phone number and name are shared only with guests you explicitly choose to connect with. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except for the vendors who deliver messages on our behalf: Twilio (Connect SMS) and Klaviyo (wedding update notifications and email).

6. Data Retention

Your data is stored for the duration of the event and a reasonable period thereafter. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us directly.
